Long Table Dinner Event – Paella, Tapas & Flamenco

The Cooking Professor was a vibrant hub of Spanish culture recently, when Chef Riki and her husband Heni hosted their Long Table Event featuring Spanish paella, tapas, and live flamenco.

Over 40 people attended this sold-out event, enjoying the convivial ambiance as they mingled and socialized around the long table.

Chef Riki prepared a delicious range of tapas, a seafood paella for the main course, and churros with chocolate jaffa sauce for dessert.

Guests were also treated to an emotive show of flamenco dancing, mesmerized by the rhythmic beats of the music as the dancer performed.

Another very successful Long Table Event, the evening truly enveloped a sense of togetherness as people shared stories and food.
