Chef Riki Kaspi Israeli born and raised in this exotic and exciting part of the world, famous for its large range of healthy, fresh & delicious foods, providing you with her own authentic recipes & great tips for easy making of your own generous table of Middle Eastern delights.

Israeli ‘silky’ Hummus; ‘Babaganoush’ Smoked Eggplant; Handmade Falafel; Chicken & Green Bean Casserole; ‘Fatoush’ Salad; Mini Baklava (Dessert).

In our unique hands on learning environment everyone is broken into small teams and everyone makes a different dish under the guidance of the instructor. You then sit down at the end and share the food in a massive feast.
