Making a Paella can be just a little challenging, given the necessity of getting everything from fish and shellfish to chicken and rice to cook together. Learn to time everything to perfection!

And to boot, you get to finish off with Churros! Divine!

In our unique hands on learning environment everyone is broken into small teams and everyone makes a different dish under the guidance of the instructor. You then sit down at the end and share the food in a massive feast.
