This workshop offers basic Knife Handling Skills for beginners, making your home cooking so much fun!
This Workshop will be based around what is taught in the first year of Culinary School with documentation awarded to you to compliment it.
You and your partner will learn the correct way to use Knives, how to chop correctly and practice while the Chef guides and supports you, providing you all with their best ‘secrets’ & tips.
This Workshop will finish off with a delicious dinner of Classic Bruschetta and Stir Fried Noodles to all enjoy together.
Knives are provided for the Class.
