This workshop offers basic knife skills for beginners, making your home cooking so much fun!
In this beginners workshop you will learn how to chop correctly while the Chef guides you, providing you with their best ‘secrets’ & tips of how you can make it work!
Also learn knife maintenance, correct knife selection for the job, holding your knife, how to finely dice/chop onion & ginger, garlic, how to julienne carrots, how to brunoise ¼ inch diced root veg, fine slice mushrooms, de-seed slice/dice chili and more.
You will add your ‘perfect chopped ingredients’ to the Chefs Stir Fried Noodles dish to create a delicious dinner for all to enjoy together at the end, along with some yummy Classic Bruschetta.
Knives will be provided for the class.
